The Results
The X Cartel's 128% conversion rate increase was the centrepiece of a complete digital transformation. We migrated the entire platform from a developer-dependent ProcessWire setup to Shopify, rebuilding the site with a dual focus on backend usability and front-end conversion optimisation. The results were dramatic: page speed scores jumped from 4 to 92 out of 100, traffic increased 218%, revenue grew 76%, and the client gained a 99% self-manageable website, eliminating their dependency on developers for day-to-day updates.
Alongside the technical rebuild, we hosted four high-profile events in Sydney with over 100 key Australian influencers and media, generating 412 editorial and social coverage pieces that positioned The X Cartel as a leader in the content curation space.
